Guesses of What My Future Will Look Like

Many of the blogs I’ve written have been about the past and how I have progressed, so this one is going to be about what I think my future will look like.

First of all I think I will have a relatively small family. A wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs. The dogs will be goldendoodles or a goldendoodle and a golden retriever. I have no idea what their names will be but I feel like I’ll have 2 girls for some reason.

My house will DEFINITELY be modern. I’ve always loved modern houses and I just know I’ll have one in the future.

My occupation will probably something creative like an engineer or just something that keeps my creativity flowing constantly.

After my years of 30–55 1/2 I hope to retire. I started a roth IRA last week so I have a bit of a head-start on that end. When I retire I want a house in Hawaii for sure. My cousin lives there now and it seems like a place I would love.

I know that I won’t live in a neighborhood like forest view because I’ve always seen that as cookie cutter and living a cookie cutter life just might be my biggest fear.

I hope to travel with my family a lot when I’m older. My family has been fortunate enough to be able to do that and I hope I’m able to do the same for my kids.

I think that’s about all I can guess abouot my future without potentially disappointing myself later in life. At least I know what I want now and one day if I don’t have this I’ll realize it and do everything I can to make it possible.
